What to Expect and Preparation for Raindrop Technique Session

Wear comfortable clothing. Sessions typically take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Essential oils are applied like rain drops along spine, neck and feet followed by vita Flex with a light massage and hot compress. After Raindrop session, client will be lifted to a delicate state of balance and receptivity to healing energies. Clients are encouraged to drink plenty of water for the next 7 days to allow for detoxification.
